Dans les plats simples et bons de cette semaine, on a un faible pour les courgettes à l’huile d'olive et à la menthe (zucchini olio i mentha), une recette napolitaine que cuisinait la mère d’Amalia :
Faire cuire les courgettes sur le grill et les laisser refroidir, verser ensuite un filet d’huile d’olive et de l’ail haché très menu, rajouter de la menthe et le tour est joué..

Out of the simple and tasty dishes of this week, we fancy zucchini with olive oil and mint (zucchini olio i mentha), a Napolitan recipe, Amalia's mother used to cook : Grill the zucchinis and let them cool down, pour a trickle of olive oil and finely minced garlic, add mint and that's done the trick...
