That's the concept of Del Popolo Mobile Pizzeria. It includes a traditional italian-made wood-fired oven and you'll just need to wait 1 mn to get your cripspy pizza. It can be spotted in San Francisco via its twitter. Beautiful truck, isn't it ?
Une cuisine, belle comme un camion tout neuf ! C'est un nouveau concept, un container de 20 pieds transformé en cuisine itinérante, une pizzeria. Del Popolo dispose d'un four à bois traditionnel dans le container, tracté par un camion et cela permet de cuire des pizzas dans la plus pure tradition napolitaine.
