Demain, vous ne piétinerez plus votre carré de gazon comme avant. Jusqu'à aujourd'hui, il y avait les chewing gums à la chlorophylle, demain c'est votre steak qui sera composé de pelouse fraîche. Des chercheurs hollandais sont en effet en train de mettre au point l'alimentation de demain grâce à une protéine extraite de l'herbe fraîche, répondant au doux nom de RuBisCO.
From now on, you will not trample the grass the way you did it before. We already knew chlorophyll bubble gums, in the near future we might come across fresh grass steak. Indeed Dutch researchers are currently developing new food products that use RuBisCo, a protein that is extracted from fresh grass.
